Editors Note
Well, the "Summer Slump" has arrived once again. It seems as people take vacations and are involved in other summertime activities, they forget about supporting the radio ministry. So, since this pattern has continued over many years we finally gave it the name, "Summer Slump." Thankfully, there are those who support the work faithfully throughout the year. But this is a difficult time for us, and I ask a special interest in your prayers that the current needs will be supplied.
I encourage you to read the Mail Box to see a sample of letters received from our listeners.

We are featuring three treasured hymns of the Christian faith in this current edition of the BW. Singing is not an optional part of public worship, but a gracious command that God gives us. It is a response of gratitude for the grace we have received from a glorious and awe-inspiring God. It can be easy for long-time church goers to sing familiar words of hymns and lose something of the wonder of some precious words. We hope the articles in this edition will stir your love for the Savior and renew us all in signing with joy and adoration in private and public worship.
