Lasserre Bradley, Jr. has directed and hosted the Baptist Bible Hour radio broadcast since its beginning in 1953. The messages on the program come from the pulpit of the Cincinnati Primitive Baptist Church where he is senior pastor and has served for almost 50 years. Lasserre is also editor of the Baptist Witness and author of other practical, Bible-based literature including The Doctrines of Grace, I Feel Overwhelmed, Six things To Remember In the Time of Crisis, and The Christian Home. One of the hallmarks of his ministry has been an emphasis on exegetical teaching, with a very practical and personal application.
Lasserre and his wife Emily have three grown children: Leanna, Peggy and Lasserre III. And occupying a special place in his and Emily’s hearts are their nineteen grandchildren!
Justin Huffman joined the ministry team of the Baptist Bible Hour in 2003. He and his wife Chau moved to Cincinnati after seven happy years of marriage in the Memphis area, where he served as a pastor in Collierville, TN. Justin has always had a personal burden for evangelism—having traveled in the Philippines, Vietnam, Africa, India, Malaysia, and Russia for that purpose—and so the opportunity to share the Word of God through the Baptist Bible Hour was a perfect fit. He currently serves as an associate pastor at CPBC, managing editor for the Baptist Witness, and occasional featured teacher on the broadcast.
Justin and Chau have adopted three children — Edmond (from Russia), Ransom and Avery (from Vietnam). Together they revel, not only in the blessing of children, but also in the wonders of God’s marvelous plan of adoption (Ephesians 1:5-6).
