Sproul on the curse motif

Posted by: Justin on June 4, 2009

In this classic message, R.C. Sproul points out that for Christ to be “made a curse for us” (Galatians 3:13) meant for him to experience the opposite of the Aaronic blessing given in Numbers 6:24-26:

“The LORD bless thee, and keep thee: the LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: the LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.”
